Silink was started by a family with six children. We know from our own home what a good helper changes, and how stressful hiring can be when the process is unclear.
Hiring a domestic helper is not one-size-fits-all. We interview every helper ourselves to understand her strengths and what she is willing to do, so we can recommend someone who fits your home, not just someone who is available.
We are there when our clients need us: on WhatsApp and WeChat around the clock, and in person at Bukit Timah Shopping Centre from Monday to Saturday.

Over the years we have served families across Singapore and helped migrant domestic workers find good homes to work in. We put real effort into counselling employers and helpers, so that both sides build a working relationship that lasts. That is what we are most proud of.
